NYLP Club – Meet Up with a Book: An Evening ( In Lithuanian) with Award-Winning Author Gabija Grušaitė

New York Lithuanian Professionals Club together with the The New York Lithuanian Book Club, cordially invites you to a special evening with writer, artist, and cultural visionary Gabija Grušaitė — an author whose work has inspired readers both in Lithuania and abroad.

Gabija is a true global Lithuanian. After spending seven years in Malaysia, she now divides her time between London, Monte Argentario, and Pervalka. Her bibliography includes three novels and a children’s book. Across her works, Gabija explores existential experiences and the search for identity in a globalized world. Her latest novel, The Mycelium Dream (Grybo sapnas), became a national bestseller and has already been included in Lithuanian high school literature textbook.

The author will be visiting New York to participate in European Literature Night (October 23) and has kindly agreed to dedicate an evening to our community for a conversation about her literary works, the creative process, and her artistic explorations…
