The New York Lithuanian Professionals Club (NYLP) was proud to once again take part in the annual Freedom Run — an event that brings together the Lithuanian community in New York to connect, stay active, and remember both the struggle for freedom and the victims of January 13.

The event was organized by the Consulate General of the Republic of Lithuania in New York, the Lithuanian American Community – New York District, the Lithuanian Community of New York, New York Lithuanian Professionals CLub, Maironis Lithuanian School of New York, the Lithuanian Athletes’ Club of New York, the Neringa and Tauras Scout Troops, the Church of the Annunciation, the Lithuanian Alliance of America (SLA), Tautos Fondas, the New York Lithuanian Amateur Theater, — showing once again how strong we are when we work together.

As always, the Freedom Run was a true family-friendly celebration, welcoming children, youth, and adults alike. It was wonderful to see so many generations of Lithuanians and friends running side by side — honoring freedom, celebrating our heritage, and strengthening bonds across the community.

We’re grateful to all the organizers, volunteers, and participants who made this year’s event so memorable. It’s a joy for us at NYLP  to contribute to this tradition and to stand alongside so many amazing partners in keeping our community vibrant. 💛💚❤️
