NYLP World Cup Watch Party

What happens when you invite Lithuanian professionals to a World Cup watch party?The football quickly becomes secondary—and the conversations take over.

The New York Lithuanian Professionals Club June Social Hour brought together members, friends, and first-time attendees for an evening of football, conversation, and community. While the World Cup played on the screens, most people were far more interested in catching up, meeting someone new, and simply enjoying the evening together.

To make things even more fun, we hosted the NYLP World Cup Score Prediction Challenge, which sparked plenty of friendly competition. Congratulations to Vilija Miniotienė for perfectly predicting the exact score of the Tunisia vs. Netherlands match! ⚽🏆
